January 24, 2019 — b8ta is acquiring Brickwork to further enhance the shopping experiences that brands can build on top of b8ta's retail-as-a-service platform.
The company will tap into Brickwork’s store finder, appointments and event management tools to provide brand partners insight into consumer shopping journey and behavior, while also helping customers visiting b8ta to discover, try and buy products in-person.
Brand partners will be granted complete access to the combined b8ta and Brickwork platform that will help them own, measure, and improve each customers journey from web, to store, and back again.
Brickwork is the perfect complement to the new retail experience b8ta has built over the years. With this acquisition, b8ta is continuing its goal to change a previously stagnant industry for both brands and consumers, and further forge the future of retail.
