  • Can I change the delivery speed?

    Our standard procedure is to deliver your product for free with ground shipping.

Tell us what date you’re hoping to receive your shipment by and we’ll let you know what other options are available. We can only update your shipping choice within two hours after your purchase, so check with us before you order, or make it snappy.
  • What is your refund policy?

    All we want is for you to be happy. If you and your new product choose to go separate ways, you can return it within 30 days to get a full refund, with a few exceptions. See our return details.
  • How is tax calculated?

    Tax laws + your zipcode + simple math. Tax is calculated based on the sales tax laws for your state, which we identify using the shipping address you provide.
